Promoting Inclusive Education

At Ability Foundation, we work with the conviction that the right to education in an inclusive environment is essential for empowering students with disabilities. All students deserve the opportunities to pursue their educational goals without facing barriers that limit their potential.

When we create accessible spaces in higher education, we not only dismantle obstacles but also unlock a world of opportunities for all learners. By fostering inclusivity, we allow students with disabilities to thrive and contribute their unique perspectives to society

Education serves as a vital bridge to the future, and it is our duty to ensure that this bridge is built with accessibility in mind. No student should encounter impediments to their learning journey. Together, we can cultivate an environment where inclusivity is the norm, enriching the educational landscape for everyone.y

IGNOU SUB STUDY CENTRE

Subsequently, a special sub-study centre of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), India's premiere distance education university, was established, which initiative stemmed from two years of discussions with the University, highlighting the necessity for such a facility. Admissions for various degree and diploma courses were conducted, following university guidelines, accommodating all accessibility requirements for students with disabilities.
