EmployABILITY 2005

1700 candidates thronged the second exclusive job fair, EmployABILITY 2005 at Chennai. Candidates represented the entire country, and ranged from first-timers to computer pros scouting for better prospects. More companies (from 32 of the previous year to 50 this time) voiced their commitment to recruit qualified people with disabilities with the support of Ability Foundation and many of them with adequate infrastructure facilities to facilitate access. The presence of a wide spectrum of companies from every industry stood out as a singular change from the previous job fair.
